Argentina is debating the first legal form in the world designed specifically for companies operated by artificial intelligence. The existing coverage is episodic — one article per milestone — and scattered across Spanish-language outlets. This site pulls it together in one place, in English and Spanish: a living guide, a sourced tracker and direct answers.
Where this is going
The bill does not only permit AI to run a business; it loads the humans behind it with a duty of configuration and supervision of the system and its results (art. 102 of the text filed with the Senate). ICBT's reading develops that duty into four verbs — select, configure, supervise and audit — plus an emergency stop (ICBT). Those duties are software problems, and that is the product we are building: incorporation of the entity, a registry of agents, decision logs, an audit calendar and a documented kill switch — described in full on how it works.
None of it is for sale, and we will not pretend otherwise while the legal form is still a bill. Early access is free, non-binding, and the way to hear the moment the situation changes.
