Methodology and sources
What we check before publishing, and how to tell our editorial judgement from the record.
- Primary sources first: official files and texts where available, analyses by law firms that accessed the text (cited and linked), and parliamentary press with a date for each milestone.
- A bill is not a law: we always distinguish proposed text (which can change) from law in force. The automated company is, today, a bill in the Senate.
- Everything dated: every statement of status carries its "as of" date, and the tracker records milestone by milestone with sources.
- Bilingual parity: English is the site's primary language and Spanish is a full mirror at
/es/, not a summary. A milestone is not published until both versions carry it, and both are linked to each other withhreflang. - Updates: we follow the process continuously and revise the guide at every development (committee report, votes, text changes, registry rules).
- Projections are labelled: when we say "first incorporations in the second half of 2027", that is editorial projection, not fact — and it says so on the page.
- Independence: we are not a law firm and have no relationship with the bill's authors. Nothing published here is legal advice.
- The product, honestly: features described as "in development" do not exist yet, prices do not exist yet, and the early-access list is free and non-binding. If that ever stops being true, this page changes first.
